  • 4 cups powdered sugar

  • Black and orange food coloring (optional)
  • Edible glitter or spooky-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
