- 1 medium sweet potato, cooked and mashed

- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine 2 ½ cups of whole wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- Mash one medium sweet potato and mix in ½ cup of natural peanut butter, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon of honey in another bowl.
- Stir gradually in the dry ingredients until fully combined to achieve soft dough.
- Roll the dough onto a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and use cookie cutters to cut into shapes.
- Place the cutouts on the baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden.
- Allow the treats to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For softer treats, bake for less time. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
