Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and egg in a large bowl.
- Combine the flour and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in carrots or any desired add-ins.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick and cut into shapes.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
