  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the beef liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the beef in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on all sides before transferring it to the oven to cook to desired doneness.
