- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup plain pumpkin puree or shredded carrots (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Rice Krispies, peanut butter, coconut oil, and any optional add-ins.
- Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
- Stir in the peanut butter until creamy and well combined.
- Gradually fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Add pumpkin or shredded carrots if using, and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or press into a parchment-lined baking dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- If pressed into a dish, cut them into squares and serve.
Notes
Use only natural peanut butter free of xylitol. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
