Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or lightly grease it.
- Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients: In another bowl, stir together the flour and baking powder. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients; stir gently until combined.
- Fold in any additional sweeteners like honey, if using.
- Scoop the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the pupcakes completely before serving. Optionally, top with yogurt or whipped cream made for dogs.
