Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a donut pan or silicone mold.
- Combine the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and egg in a large mixing bowl, stirring until well blended.
- Add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, mixing until the batter is thick and uniform.
- Spoon the mixture into the donut molds, filling each one about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving to your pups.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. These donuts freeze well too!
