- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 oz white or dark chocolate melting wafers
- Optional toppings: orange sprinkles, crushed Oreos, cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form, reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Mix until combined, then stir in Oreo crumbs.
- Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate according to package instructions, dip each chilled ball into chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
- Immediately sprinkle with crushed Oreos or festive sprinkles before chocolate sets.
- Chill again for about 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use gel food coloring to tint white chocolate orange for a festive look. Ensure the balls are fully chilled before dipping.
