Festive no-bake truffles made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and pumpkin purée, dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with pumpkin spice.

  • Total Time: 80 minutes
  • Yield: 24 truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white or dark chocolate melting wafers
  • Optional toppings: orange sprinkles, crushed Oreos, cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form, reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish if desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Mix until combined, then stir in Oreo crumbs.
  3. Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Melt chocolate according to package instructions, dip each chilled ball into chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with crushed Oreos or festive sprinkles before chocolate sets.
  6. Chill again for about 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use gel food coloring to tint white chocolate orange for a festive look. Ensure the balls are fully chilled before dipping.
