Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix well.
- Flour your surface lightly and roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place the cutouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
