Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat/almond flour)
- 1 egg (or applesauce for vegan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add whole wheat flour and egg, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before serving to your pups.
Notes
For a refreshing summer treat, freeze the pops in silicone molds.
