- 1 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the pumpkin puree and mashed banana in a large bowl until smooth, then incorporate the beaten egg.
- Combine the whole wheat flour, oats, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture to form a dough.
- Scoop out small dollops on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.

Ensure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
