Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the pumpkin puree and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth, then add the brown sugar and eggs, mixing well.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
- Shape the dough into twists, logs, or any desired shape.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
