Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir until everything is well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
- Add Extras: If you like, fold in chocolate chips or nuts for added texture.
- Shape the Balls: Scoop out about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the balls to firm up.
