Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (natural, without xylitol)
- ½ cup water or milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups oats
- 1½ cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, water or milk, egg, and oats in a mixing bowl.
- Add whole wheat flour gradually until the dough holds together.
- Roll out the dough to ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
