Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the whole wheat flour, peanut butter, and egg in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly add the vegetable broth until achieving a dough-like texture.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a round shape about half an inch thick.
- Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter on top.
- Scatter the chopped or grated apples over the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into slices.
Notes
Use fresh apples and avoid sweetened peanut butter or ingredients containing xylitol, as they are harmful to dogs.
