Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, parsley, and mint in a large bowl.
- Stir together the egg and peanut butter in another bowl until well blended.
- Add the flour-herb mixture to the peanut butter mixture gradually, combining to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick.
- Use a cookie cutter to shape the treats.
- Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container; they remain fresh for about a week or longer if refrigerated.
