Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo Cookies (for crust and garnish)
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • Cocoa Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until silky. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  3. Combine and Bake: Fold in roughly chopped Oreos into the batter. Pour over the crust and bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes.
  4. Cool and Chill: Let it cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
