Ingredients
- 24 Oreo Cookies (for crust and garnish)
- 2 packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- Cocoa Powder (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until silky. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Combine and Bake: Fold in roughly chopped Oreos into the batter. Pour over the crust and bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool and Chill: Let it cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Garnish with additional crushed Oreos or whipped cream and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for smoother batter. Bake in a water bath to minimize cracking.
