Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, etc.)
- 2 beaten eggs
- A handful of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the veggies: Finely chop selected vegetables and steam the carrots if using.
- Mix and combine: In a bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped veggies, beaten eggs, and parsley.
- Form the fritters: Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and shape into small fritters.
- Cook them up: Heat a non-stick skillet and fry fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Cool and serve: Allow them to cool on a wire rack before serving to ensure they’re safe for your dog.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week, or freeze for later.
