  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs (or any crushed cookie for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract, mixing on medium speed until smooth.
