Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup organic, unsweetened peanut butter
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by combining 1 cup of pumpkin puree, ½ cup of peanut butter, and ½ cup of rolled oats in a mixing bowl. If you want a creamier texture, add ½ cup of yogurt.
  2. Mix everything until fully combined. Get your hands in there if you need to!
  3. Mold the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays. Press lightly to ensure they hold shape and pop them into the freezer.
