Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened and xylitol-free)
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour (or substitute with almond/oat flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the mini bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, applesauce, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- Gradually fold in whole wheat flour and baking powder until the batter is smooth.
- Spoon the batter into the greased mini bundt pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Ensure peanut butter is xylitol-free. Adjust baking time as needed depending on your oven.
