Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

- Bring to a Boil: Increase heat and bring the mixture to a boil until it reaches 235°F to 240°F.
- Remove from Heat: Take the pan off the heat and add vanilla extract.
- Cool and Beat: Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir vigorously until thickened.
- Pour into Pan: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
- Set and Cut: Allow to sit until firm, then lift from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
