A refreshing and healthy frozen treat for your furry friends made with mangoes, strawberries, and yogurt.

  • Total Time: 255 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon water (adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: peel the ripe mangoes and chop them into chunks. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them in half.
  2. Combine the mango chunks, strawberries, yogurt, and a splash of water in a blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth, adjusting the water for desired consistency.
  4. Taste the mixture and add a tiny bit of honey if desired, but keep it minimal for dog-friendliness.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Freeze for at least 240 minutes (4 hours). Once solid, pop them out and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for the best flavor and avoid flavored yogurt. These treats can last in the freezer for about a month.
