Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by dicing the chicken and chopping the vegetables.
- Sauté the chicken in olive oil using the Instant Pot’s ‘Sauté’ mode until sealed and golden, about 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and rinsed brown rice to the pot.
- Pour the low-sodium broth into the pot, ensuring the rice is submerged.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Manual’ for 10 minutes.
- Allow a natural release for 10 minutes before removing the lid.
- Cool the mixture before serving to your pup.
Notes
Avoid using garlic or onion as they can be toxic to dogs. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage.
