- 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
- 1 cup of Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove)
- Sweetener (Sugar, maple syrup, or vanilla syrup, to taste)
- Ice (to chill the drink)
- Whipped Cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Brew your espresso (or strong coffee) in a coffee maker.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener until smooth.
- Pour the brewed espresso into a glass and add the pumpkin mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the milk and stir again.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
- Sip slowly and enjoy the flavors of autumn.
Notes
For creamier texture, froth the milk before adding. Use an immersion blender for a frothy finish.
