Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- ½ cup Hot Honey
- ½ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Oregano)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and combine hot honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and herbs in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken in the marinade and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with feta cheese, and drizzle with remaining marinade.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
