Instructions
- Marinate chicken in salted buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cold butter until crumbly; gradually add milk to form a sticky dough.
- Heat oil in a skillet; coat chicken in seasoned flour and fry until golden, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Preheat oven to 425°F, place biscuit dough on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over fried chicken and serve in warm biscuits.
Notes
