Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 beaten egg
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl: combine flour, oats, peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and the beaten egg. Stir until it forms a dough.
- Shape the treats by rolling out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cutting out shapes with cookie cutters.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until firm and golden.
- Cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Ensure you use peanut butter without xylitol or added sugars. Store treats in an airtight container and consider freezing for longer freshness.
