Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or oats)
  • ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and egg. Mix until the dough comes together, adjusting with water or stock as necessary.
