Delicious and healthy pumpkin treats for your furry friends, made with all-natural ingredients.

  • Total Time: 615 minutes
  • Yield: 20 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or oat/almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 egg (or flaxseed egg for vegan)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your dehydrator to around 145°F (or use the oven at the lowest setting).
  2. Line the dehydrator trays with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Combine the pumpkin puree, flour, egg, cinnamon, and water in a large bowl.
  4. Mix until you have a smooth, consistent batter; adjust water as needed.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the dehydrator trays, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Place trays in the dehydrator and let them dry for 8-10 hours.
  7. Check firmness towards the end; they should be slightly bendable.
  8. Remove from dehydrator, cool, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Rotate the trays halfway through for even dehydration. If the mixture is too wet, add flour gradually until spreadable.
