- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook your chicken until fully cooked, then shred it finely.
- Mix the shredded chicken, whole wheat flour, egg, parsley, and shredded carrots in a large bowl.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
