  • 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli or frozen florets

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  2. Add chopped broccoli and broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.

  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and Greek yogurt over low heat until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
