Ingredients
- 1 cup pure pumpkin (canned or freshly roasted)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter (natural, sugar-free)
- Water or low-sodium broth (as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare your molds: Gather ice cube trays, silicone molds, or any safe container to freeze the pupsicles.
- Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, yogurt, and peanut butter.
- Add liquid: If the mixture is too thick, incorporate a little water or broth until smooth.
- Blend it up: Using a whisk or hand blender, mix well until fully combined.
- Pour into molds: Carefully pour the mixture into molds, dribbles are okay!
- Freeze: Place molds in the freezer for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Serve: Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and serve to your eager pup.
Notes
Let molds sit at room temperature for a few minutes to make popping them out easier.
