Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, pumpkin puree, egg, and peanut butter until well incorporated.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut into shapes with cookie cutters or squares with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely before serving.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
