- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 2 cups ghost cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, or your favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- Cream together the unsalted butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the cookie chunks evenly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
