- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cans (16 oz each) Biscuit Dough (or Homemade)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional Herbs (e.g., Oregano) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper until browned.
- Drain any excess fat and mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Roll out biscuit dough on a floured surface and pinch off individual portions.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough portion and pinch to seal securely.
- Place filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan before baking for an extra touch.
