Ingredients
- 1 cup fruit purees (strawberries, blueberries, or bananas)
- 1 cup water or low-sodium broth
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: wash and chop fruits, and blend them into purees.
- In a saucepan, combine fruit puree with water or broth, and sprinkle in gelatin while whisking.
- Heat gently over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, avoiding boiling.
- Pour into bone-shaped molds and cool at room temperature before refrigerating for 2-3 hours to set.
- Once set, pop treats out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Ensure your gelatin is fresh and avoid using fruits toxic to dogs like grapes or cherries.
