- Gather your ingredients: Start by collecting all your ingredients, so you have everything ready to mix.
- Blend it up: In a blender or food processor, combine pumpkin puree, ripe bananas, peanut butter, and yogurt. Add water or broth and blend until smooth.
- Pour and freeze: Carefully pour the mixture into pop molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy: Once frozen, let the pops sit at room temperature for a minute before removing from the molds. Serve on a hot day!
Notes
