Instructions
- Slice the bananas into rounds about ½ inch thick.
- Spread peanut butter on one slice, then top with another banana slice to create a sandwich. Repeat for all banana rounds.
- Freeze the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 60 minutes or until solid.
- Optional: Melt dark chocolate and dip each frozen bite for a chocolate-covered treat.
- Store in a zip-top bag in the freezer for up to two months.
