- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and finely chop the fresh mint and parsley.
- Combine the whole wheat flour and chopped herbs in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the egg and broth in another bowl and pour into the dry ingredients, stirring to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Shape the treats using cookie cutters or slicing into squares.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Store in the freezer if making a large batch.
