Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 cups Rice Krispies
- Green food coloring
- Chocolate chips (for decoration)
- Licorice (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Mix in a few drops of green food coloring until the desired shade is reached.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies gently to avoid crushing them.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool slightly.
- Once cooled, cut into rectangle shapes and decorate with chocolate chips for eyes and licorice for hair.
- Serve on a festive platter and enjoy!
Notes
Use low heat when melting ingredients to avoid burning, and be careful not to overmix the Rice Krispies to retain their crunch.
