Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add melted butter and milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until a sticky dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place churro bites in the air fryer in a single layer, ensuring they’re not touching.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Roll warm churro bites in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon until coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the air fryer. You can keep cooked bites warm in a low-temperature oven until ready to serve.
