Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat until smooth and glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined.
- Gradually fold the melted chocolate into the pomegranate mixture until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least three hours until set.
- Once set, remove from molds and drizzle with extra pomegranate juice or chocolate, adding crushed cookies or fresh fruit as garnish.
Notes
For a fun twist, use ghost-shaped molds and try different types of chocolate for varying flavors. Balance sweetness with fresh herbs like mint.
