Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine pumpkin puree and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add the egg and stir gently.
- Incorporate rolled oats into the mixture.
- Add cinnamon if using.
- Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, shaping as desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving.
