Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 1 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 egg
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Optional add-ins: pureed pumpkin, mashed banana, shredded carrots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of peanut butter, and 1 egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until creamy.
- Add 2 cups of whole wheat flour (or your chosen substitute) and 1 cup of rolled oats. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about a half-inch thickness and cut shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can freeze for longer storage.
