- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup finely chopped fresh apples (like Honeycrisp or Gala)
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and chopping them into small pieces.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blend the wet ingredients in another bowl: chopped apples, coconut oil, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into balls or flatten into fun shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
