- 2-3 sweet potatoes, fresh and firm

Instructions
- Preheat your dehydrator or oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Wash and slice sweet potatoes evenly into rounds or strips about 1/4-inch thick.
- Brush coconut oil over the sweet potato slices if using.
- Arrange the slices on a drying rack or baking sheet lined with parchment paper ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Dry in the oven for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until they are leathery and fully dried.
- Cool the treats completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
Ensure slices are uniform for even drying. Avoid using soft or sprouted sweet potatoes.
