Instructions
- Preheat the oven or dehydrator to 175°F (80°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes under cold water.
- Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or dehydrator trays.
- Dry in the oven for 2 to 3 hours or in a dehydrator for 4 to 6 hours, flipping once halfway through.
- Cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
