Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana or pumpkin puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add the puffed rice cereal; gently fold until well-coated.
  3. If desired, fold in the mashed banana or pumpkin puree.
  4. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, pressing down evenly.
  5. Let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
