  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine parsley, mint, and garlic powder, and blend until finely chopped.
  3. Add whole wheat flour and chicken stock, pulsing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into shapes.
  5. Arrange the shapes on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow cooling completely before storing in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes
